Cosplay gallery update! Check your email soon!

Hi everybody,
Thank you for your patience. We the staff have finally finished checking and worked through all the contributions to the cosplay gallery in the book. We are all in awe that we've got so many fantastic pictures from you!
Within 1-2 weeks we'll send out an email with important information on how and what to send your picture in high resolution, how to name the files correctly with your information etc.
There were some that missed or didn't followed our instruction correctly, and we'd appreciate if you do it now. If you fail to do it, we can't feature your picture. It's very important that you all follow our guidelines because we'll handeling over hundreds of pics to the gallery. In order to credit you correctly, we need you to give us all the correct information we need.
If you haven't got any mail today, don't worry. We'll be mailing out to everybody within 1-2 weeks time. If you have any questions, just reach out to is and we'll reply ASAP.

Cosplay book update 07 - The Gallery is closing in 1 week!

We just want to inform everyone that the cosplay gallery is closing in about a week! If you haven't/forgot to send in your cosplay pics, do it soon so you don't miss out your chance to be feature in book.

Cosplay book update 06 - Gallery deadline & Pre-order store

Hi everybody,
We the staff have finally decided a deadline for the gallery. The last day to send in your cosplay pic is 15th May, so a little more than a month away. So don't wait too long, send in ASAP and spread the word around!
As we mentioned before, we want to showcase a wide range of cosplays, so don't worry if you have an unusal, old or obscure cosplay. As long it is photographed well and follow our guidelines (it's on our Kickstarter page), send it to us!
We have also open a pre-order store through Backerkit, this is a great way for people who might have missed our campaign earlier, or maybe want to order an extra copy of the book etc. The pre-order store works like Kickstarter, no money will be withdrawn until the book is sent to print (autumm 2022), so you'll have plenty of time to save some money for it.
That said, don't wait too long to pre-order. There's two reasons for that.
1. The pre-order will work as an indication if the demand is high. If so, we'll look into how to we can get additional fundings in order to expand the book with more pages (bigger gallery to feature even more cosplayers) and give the book a hard cover instead of a soft cover and more!
2. The book will be printed by demand/limited copies. So if you missed to pre-order, we can't promise we have a lot of extra copies to sale after that. And if the extra copies are sold by other retailers, it will probably cost a lot more to buy than the pre-order.
Alright, that's all from us for now. We haven't sent any surveys yet, also NärCon tickets to those who pledges for those. We'll be releasing info on that soon! Have a great week everyone!

Cosplay book update 05 - Pledge payment issue

Hi everybody,
Just a quick update, Kickstarter told us that there're handful of people that have trouble/issues to pay their pledge. It can be of various reasons why you need to try again/contact or log in to your bank and approve Kickstarter payments/use another card etc. You may find more info here.
You have about a week from when the project was funded to fix it, so until next wednesday before you lose your pledge according to Kickstarter. Kickstarter should have sent email to people who have this issue, if not, check your spam filter or just log into Kickstarter again. We hope everything turns out OK for everyone who is affected.
In any case, we're at the moment setting up a late-pledge/pre-order store with Backerkit (pledge manager), so if you still have trouble and can't make the payment, you may pre-order the book from there instead later on. Although the pricing might be slightly different due to the cost of using Backerkit.
